Features:
· Fuse holder can be exchangeable. Fuse tube is made of fiber glass which inside liner is constructed of a synthetic arc-extinguishing material. it is protected from the weather and environment by UV resistant coating.
· The top contact is made of highly conductive red copper strip with silver coating,it provides a socket-type cavity for latching the fuse holder.Its constant pressure maintains firm contact with fuse holder.
· The hinge is made of high-strength bronze casting. The hinge contacts are highly conductive copper alloy stampings and are plated by silver to assure low resistance current transfer from the trunnion casting. The parallel current paths are backed up by high strength cantilever springs and are riveted to the hinge castings. Fuseholder can be dropped into place and easily lifted up and out.
· The toggle type trunnion casting is silver-plated bronze for efficient current transfer to the lower hinge contact and provides high pressure parallel current paths to the lower contacts. The fuse link' s pigtail can go directly from the fuse tube to the attachment nut. The flipper helps to rapidly eject the link from the fuse holder during interruption.
· NEMA A,NEMA B and extended type mounting bracket which is made of galvanized steel as per ASTM standard can be chosen and used on crossarm.
· Polymer type insulator support which is made of silicone rubber material has passed 1,000 hours of salt spray test.
· Mechanical life: more than 3000 times of continuous opening and closing.
· Higher interrupting capacity by using a silver plated copper arc-shortening rod inside the top of fuse tube,it permits a much shorter arc, resulting in less arc energy and higher interrupt ratings. It is necessary to use fuse links with removable button head when arc shortening rods are employed.
· For rated frequency 48~62Hz.
· Fuse cutout is avaible with stainless steel material steel hood, loadbreak hooks and hardwares to offer greater corrosion resistance.
