* Brief intruction

Drop out fuse cutout can is for use of outdoor medium voltage and high voltage alternative current system, which mainly protects transformer and distribution power line from short circuit and overload.
It drops down in base while fuse link melted.
Standard type fuse cutout can function like overhead disconnect switch 300 amp.Disconnect blade is also available for this purpose.
Products are completely in accordance with IEC60282-2,ANSI C37.41,ANSI C37.42 latest standard.

* Design Highlights

√Fuse carrier
  1. Made of epoxy glass fiber lined with uv resistant coating and copper arc-extinguishing material the fuse tube does not absorb moisture or deform. Moreover, with strong uv resistance, thick arc-extinguishing layer and good arc-extinguishing performance, it has a long service life. In addition, the upper part of the fuse tube can prevent water intrusion, so as to ensure no water in the fuse tube.
  2. Due to the interchangeability, the fuse carrier can be labeled with noctilucent light for reflecting light when illuminating with light at night, so it is easier to know the fuse cutout's service position, which facilitates the operation of workers at night and reduces labor intensity. 
  3. The the fuse carrier adopts single exhaust (downward) with a solid cap to avoid the threat of free gas to the circuit, unnecessary mechanical damage or short circuit. At the same time, the performance of short-circuit current and interruption of the fuse can be greatly improved.
√Contact
  1. Pure conductive copper and highly elastic conductive copper alloy are used for silver plating, compaction design is adopted in the upper contact, the stainless steel spring provides high contact pressure and silver-to-silver contact is adopted in both moving and static contacts. The lower contact is made of cast copper and sliver plating, and a pair of current paths is provided, whose conductor connector is silver plated with highly elastic conductive scale copper. On the back of the connector, alloy shrapnel that is high temperature resistant is installed to provide stable and reliable elastic support for the contact state of the connector, which can fully withstand the thermal effect of short-circuit current. In addition, to ensure a good contact condition, the thickness of silver plating on contacts and conductor surface should be more than 2μm. 
√Porcelain & Polymer insulator body
  1. Porcelain insulator base: made of bird-proof ceramic, adopted advanced casting technology and using cement from the United States, which can prevent broken of porcelain body caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
  2. Silicone rubber insulator base: silicone rubber material has already passed 1,000 hours of salt spray test.
